Gordon Ullman

Gordon received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and then obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1984. Gordon practices in the areas of business law, estate law and real estate law. In his business law practice, Gordon provides strategic counsel to clients on all business matters, from the inception of their businesses to acquisitions, leasing matters, contract negotiations and divestitures. Within his estate law practice, Gordon provides counsel to executors and administrators, drafting Wills, estates, succession planning, probate applications and Powers of Attorney. Through his real estate law practice, Gordon acts on matters related to residential and commercial real-estate transactions, financing including mortgage commitments, purchase and lease agreements as well as institutional lending and real estate-backed securitization.

He has also acted as counsel to sports organizations and governing bodies. Gordon is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Association. He was previously an instructor for the Ontario Bar Association and taught courses on corporate law and real estate law for many years.
